He was predeceased by : his sister Jo Rita; and his father Willard Parkinson. He is survived by : his mother LaCresia "Pat" Parkinson; his significant other Susan Berelc; his children, Christina, Brian, Anthony, Kenneth and Heather; and his grandchildren, Paige and Paisley. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his sister Jo Rita & father Willard Parkinson.
