With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet Irwin of Harrisburg, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 21, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Clark and Wilma Laura Gormley (Lambert); her sons, Greg Irwin, Jeff Irwin, Ronnie and Donnie Irwin; and her siblings, James Gormley and Sharlene Knight.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Bob Irwin of Harrisburg; her daughter Anita Jo Lowery (Martin) of Princeton, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Kelley Shaw (Matthew) of Wickliffe, Kentucky, Kyle Lowery (Jessy) of Princeton, Kentucky, Katie Berchen (Chris) of Manitou, Kentucky and Kaleb Irwin (Desiree) of Eldorado, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Abby, Atley, Amelia Jane, Matilda and Andrew; and her sister Rita Carlton of Springfield, Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital and will be received at the funeral home.
