She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bradley and Amy Bradley (Hall); her former husband Lowell "Bud" Kelley; her husband Calvin Osterkamp; her son James H. Stephenson II; her son-in-law Clarence Tabby Creel; her siblings, Grace Oliver, Ivagene Stephenson and Ronald Bradley; and her siblings-in-law, William "Shorty" Oliver, Carl "Red" Stephenson and Phyllis Bradley.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Creel (Tabby) of Campobello, Sherry Perry (Oral) of Pittsburg, Illinois, Robert Kelley of Harrisburg, Illinois., Carl "Stoney" Stephenson (Roberta) of Harrisburg, Illinois, Mark Osterkamp (Michelle) of Weatherford, Texas, Matthew Osterkamp (Rebecca) of Grimes, Iowa and Susan Caraker (Chad) of Columbia, Missouri.; and her sister-in-law Linda Bradley. She is also survived by her children and three step-children, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great, great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins.
