He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Maurice Twitchell and Juanita Smock Twitchell. He is survived by: his wife Diane Conkle Twitchell; his sons, Michael and Wayne "Jaycee" Twitchell; his grandchildren, Steven Lee Twitchell, Tyler Ray Twitchell, Dylon Deneen Twitchell, Garrett Michael Underwood, Zachary Underwood and Braxtyn Smock; and his siblings, Dewayne Twitchell and Margie "Justin" Leigh Jackson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
