He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Eugene and Mary Elizabeth Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Robyn Vaughn of Harrisburg, IL; and his siblings, Rebecca Spitzner of Mayfield, KY and Eugene Vaughn of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
