She was predeceased by : her parents, David Cornell and Rachel Joiner Cornell; her husband Claude Baldwin; her daughter Judy Lloyd; her siblings, Freda, Meredith, Vercie, Margie, Cleoma Jean, Millard and Garcie; and her stepson Richard Baldwin.

She is survived by : her children, Connie (Ron Potts), Melinda (Daniel Holtzclaw), Lena (Robert Mayer) and Roger (LaDonna Ralph); her son-in-law Tom Lloyd of Mooresville, IN; her brothers, Archie Cornell of Elizabethtown and Wilburn Cornell of Dubuque, IA; and her stepson Larry (Jan Baldwin). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and a host of dearly loved nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Union Social Brethren Church (140 IL-34, Golconda, IL 62938). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
