It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Eugene Parks of Harrisburg, Illinois, born in Harco, Illinois, who passed away on February 5, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Parks and Madge Parks (Abney); his son Glenn Allen; his wife Jean Beatrice Mann; and his siblings, John Darwin and Betty Jackson.

He is survived by : his children, Sherry Renee (Jerry) of Crete, IL and Duane Parks (Jane) of Orio; and his grandchildren, Tasha Brown (Richard) of West Chester, OH, Shannon Parks (Katrina) of Poulsbo, WA and Dana Carr (Nick) of Bourbonnais, IL. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
