It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Philip Dale Rushing of Harrisburg, Illinois, born in Carbondale, Illinois, who passed away on February 4, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Rushing and Myrl Rushing (Benton); and his grandson Jason M. Burrow. He is survived by : his wife Rosalie Rushing of Harrisburg; his daughter Lisa Burrow (Tom) of Belleville; his grandson Christopher Burrow; and his great grandchildren, Alexis and Reed Burrow.
