He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Frailey (Allen) of Carrier Mills; his wife Andria Frailey of Harrisburg; his children, Andrew Frailey of Broughton, Alissin Branch of Eldorado and Ariel Branch of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Jonathan Banks, Jadalyn Banks and Jude Banks; his brother Ron Frailey (Laura) of Eldorado; his nieces, Amy Frailey of Rosiclare and Alesha Frailey of Equality; his nephew Thomas Frailey of Eldorado; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brycen, Kyson, Ava, Eli and Lily.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Andria Correia and will be received at the funeral home.
