He was predeceased by: his parents, George Owen and Helen Patricia Owen (Quertermous). He is survived by: his sons, Reece Owen of Harrisburg and Kody Owen (Bethany) of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Marlowe Owen, Taylor and Jackson Mathis; his siblings, Linda Watkins (Jeff) of Harrisburg and Eugene Sheldon of Harrisburg; his nieces and nephews, Alex, Katie Watkins, Cassi and Evelyn Patton; and his uncle Steve Quertermous.
