He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert "Bob" Harrawood and Connie Harrawood (Meler). He is survived by : his wife Lisa Hish; his children, Adam Harrawood (Brook) of Harrisburg and Jill Harrawood (José Mejia); his grandchildren, Autumn Rain Harrawood, Doc Takota Harrawood of Harrisburg, Jaxston Ray Mejia and Jacie Ann Mejia of Peaster, Texas; and his siblings, Harold "Ponch" Harrawood (Linda) of Harrisburg, Brenda Winter (Paul) of Harrisburg and Beth Harrawood of Harrisburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Gaskin City Missionary Baptist Church and envelopes will available at the funeral home.
