He is survived by: his wife Sherri Tolley; his children, Daniel Ray Tolley of Ripley Tennessee and Sarah Phillips (Rebekah Tolley) of Mt. Vernon; his grandsons, Mason Douglas Miller and Matthew Ray Miller; his brother Bruce A. Tolley (Melinda); and his brother-in-law Vincent Wells. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
