He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Ray Tolley and Lois Irene Tolley (Wallace); his parents-in-law, Herdis Wells and Carolyn Bell; and his siblings-in-law, Lucinda Kegler (Chris), Vicky Enlow and Gregory Wells.
He is survived by: his wife Sherri Tolley; his children, Daniel Ray Tolley of Ripley Tennessee and Sarah Phillips (Rebekah Tolley) of Mt. Vernon; his grandsons, Mason Douglas Miller and Matthew Ray Miller; his brother Bruce A. Tolley (Melinda); and his brother-in-law Vincent Wells. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the Stricklin Funeral Home (503 E Sloan St, Harrisburg, IL 62946). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
