Barks; his wife Helen; his children, Jon Barks (Heather) of Arlington, TN, Matt Whitlock of Harford, IL, Beth Garrett (Matt) of Tilden, IL and Michelle Finn of Anderson, IN; his brother Larry Barks of Spokane, WA.; his grandchildren, Taylor Long, Kaitlyn Barks, Nathan, Grant DeBardeleven, Zach Garrett and Alesha Binkley; and his great grandchildren, Jillian Long, Owen Long and Maevyn Smith.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Missouri Veterans Home.
