She was predeceased by : her parents, Maynard Willoughby and Alice Willoughby (Carson); her husband Ralph; her brothers, Richard and Gerald; and her granddaughter Laura Berryhill Stankus.

She is survived by : her daughters, Kathy Berryhill (John) of Harvard, Susan Smurthwaite (Steve) of St. George and Mary Stoxen of Belize; her siblings, Margie Kolde (James) of Ft. Myers and Robert Werrbach (Corey) of Port Orange; her grandchildren, Brian Berryhill (Daphne) and Chris Berryhill; and her great grandchildren, Nora-Kathleen, Konrad, Owen, Bennett, Olivia, Lilyana and Sage Elzora.
