She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Lester and Dorothy Lester (Pennington); her brothers, Larry Lester, Danny Lester and David Lester; her nephew Seth Bennett; her former husband Ronald McFarlin; and her pet Gus.
She is survived by: her children, Ron McFarlin Jr. of Henderson, NV, Marilyn Logsdon (Allen) of Harvard, IL, Christine Torrey (Daniel) of Wonder Lake, IL, Donna McFarlin of Harvard, IL and Darrell McFarlin (Becky) of Poplar Grove, IL; her siblings, Linda "Stacey" Lewis of Rockford, IL and Rick Lester of Lake Placid, FL; and her pet Annie. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saunders & McFarlin Funeral Home (107 W Sumner St, Harvard, IL 60033). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
