It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Berndt of Harvard, Illinois, born in Artas, South Dakota, who passed away on March 17, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rebecca Fuehrer and Edwin Fuehrer; her husband Alan "Sonny"; and her son Todd. She is survived by: her children, Sheri Corcoran (Tim), Joel (Allison) and Chad (Lisa); her grandchildren, Cassidy, Riley, McKenna Corcoran, Trae, Kelsey, Johnny Berndt, Olivia Berndt, Joe, Jordon and Jameson Waugh; and her brothers, Clayton and Clyde Fuehrer (Jackie).
