He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Howden and Leone Howden (Nolan); and his brother James Howden. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Sweet; his children, Joshua Howden (Melissa) and Griffen Howden; and his grandson Joshua Howden Jr..
