He is survived by: his children, Sarah Davis (Brad), Alex (Emily), Pam Holmes (Brad), Phillip Richard, Nick and Kaiden; his siblings, John (Marla), Andy (Pat), Kate and Ron Lee; and his sister-in-law Mary Schroeder. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
