She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Bentley and Mildred Bentley (Boal). She is survived by: her husband Tom Slater; her children, Sandra Knop of Harvard, IL and Mark Slater (Kathleen) of Poplar Grove, IL; her grandchildren, Ryan (Caroline Voce), Matthew Knop, Tyler, Brandon and Zachary Slater; her children, Jordan and Elway; her siblings, Jean Simkins of Batavia, IL, Bonnie Kitterman of Lake Villa, IL, Larry Bentley of Tucson, AZ, Karen Witt of Litchfield Park, AZ and Becky Martinez of Harshaw, WI; her daughters, Kathy and Deborah Slater; and her brother Robert Bentley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
