He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Marshall and Marjorie Hinkle (Brewer); his children, Robin Hinkle, Carlena Eggers and Floyd Darren Ray Hinkle; his sister Sharon Gibson; and his sister-in-law Lena Hinkle.
He is survived by: his children, Dashawna Leggans (Ronald), Ladena Hoelzel (Kirt) and Letrevis Hinkle (Stacy Edwards); his siblings, Carl D. Hinkle, Jerry Hinkle (Deanie) and Shirley Clardy (Elbert); and his aunts, Ethel and Lois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home (301 W Spring St, Anna, IL 62906). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the Anna Cemetery (608 E Davie St, Anna, IL 62906).
