He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Wilcoxen and Marie Wilcoxen (Weaver); and his siblings, Doris Clark and Dickie Wilcoxen. He is survived by : his wife Janice Wilcoxen of Havana; and his nephew Richard Wilcoxen (Christine). He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial donations may be made in Delbert's name to the Havana Church of Christ.
