He is survived by: his wife Nancy Oest of Havana; his children, Jason Oest (Holly Gudat), Jimmy Oest, Jon Oest (Staisha) and Emma Coleman (Michael); and his mother-in-law Verla Welker. He is also survived by several cousins and nieces.
