He was predeceased by : his mother-in-law Mary Sally. He is survived by : his father Everett R. Shelby (Julie) of Forest City, IL; his wife Puriety Sally; his mother Cheryl Shelby of Topeka, IL; his daughters, Camara Shelby of Topeka, IL, Kara Shelby and Kamry Shelby; his stepchildren, Dylan Sally and Caitlin Garner; and his brothers, Everett L. Shelby of Topeka and Terry Coen (Kassandra) of Baytown, TX..
