She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil "Newt" Dawson and Blanche Dawson (Copley); her spouse Billie Dean Griffie; and her siblings, Sadie, Shirley, Tom, Harold, Charles, Rick and Linda.
She is survived by: her daughters, DeAnne Richardson (Rick) of Havana and Angie Haarman (Tony) of Havana; her grandchildren, Jason Martin (Audrea Cleer), Luke Clark (Morgan), Courtney Kachanuk (Sam), Megan Richardson, Logan Clark (Krystina), Jake Haarman and Kylea Haarman (Tyler Gardner); her great grandchildren, Angel Petersen (Sam), Daisy Cleer, Madison, McKayla Clark, Bailey and Levi Kachanuk; and her sisters, Karen Lerch and Carol Denton.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethel Baptist Church (11942 E Co Rd 320N, Chandlerville, IL 62627). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in Judy's name to her family.
