He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Willis and Pauline Willis (Jones); and his sister Roberta. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Wills of Havana; his children, Noah Willis (Ashley) of Rushville and Rachel Bieneman (Ryan) of Geneseo, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Ava, Maya, Eliza Beineman, Norah and Naomi Willis.
