With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Hinrichs of Havana, Illinois, who passed away on December 15, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Mary may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mary touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas Todd and Elsie Todd (Sitzman); and her sister Judy Brown of Utah. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Hinrichs; her son Todd Hinrichs (Tonya); her stepgrandchildren, Anthony Stark and Cheyenne Anderson; her siblings, Elsie "Dobi" Potter (Bob) of Tallula and Robert Thomas Todd (Sue) of Leroy; and her nieces and nephews, Beth Lynn Dooley, Brown of Spanish Fork and Toddene McCoy of Ashland.
