He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Huston and Patricia Huston (Blickenstaff). He is survived by: his significant other Mary Jane Huston (Masten); his brother Jeff (Charlene); his children, Chad Cox of Macomb, IL, Tevin (Elisha), Kiara (Ray), Jeanette Gathman (Tony) of Havana, IL, Justin (Morgan) and Friedrich of Bath, IL; and his grandchildren, MaKaela Bennett, Brooklyn Bennett, Elijah Cox, Miles Cox, Ames Gathman, Lucy Gathman and McCoy Friedrich. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hurley Funeral Home - Havana (217 N Plum St, Havana, IL 62644). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (101 S Charlotte St, Havana, IL 62644).
Memorial donations may be made in Neil's name to Grace Lutheran Academy.
