She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred Dick and Maxine Dick (Smith); her children, Betty Jane Bishop LeClaire and Billy Joel Noe of Danville, IL; and her siblings, Norma Jean Parker of Browning, IL, Donna Morrill (Clinton) of Havana, IL, Fred Dick of Canton, IL and Betty Key. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
