He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Roderick and Beverly Ann Minor; and his uncle Jace Crawley. He is survived by: his siblings, Kyrie Collins, Jayce Collins, Aybel Collins and Levi Myers; his grandparents, Ashlie Minor, Rebecca Collins and Patrick Collins; his great-grandparent Lisa Brown (William); his aunt Jovie Dorr; his uncles, Trenton Dorr, Max Crawley and Michael Crawley; and his parents, Shane and Layla.

Memorial contributions may be made to Zayne's parents, Shane and Layla, to help with final expenses.
