Kupsak of Hawthorn Woods, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 6, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Gary L. Kupsak; her sons, Todd Kupsak (Staci) and Andrew Kupsak (Brooklynn); her grandchildren, Peyton, Tysen and Olivia; and her sister-in-law Jennifer Trojan.
