He is survived by: his significant other Dr. Sanja Nikolich; his children, Lauren Maiya (Arun) of Vienna, Virginia, Mia Wilson (Andrue) of Brooklyn, Matthew Nikolich-Wilson (Rae) and Mark-Nikolich Wilson; his grandchildren, Rohan and Leela Maiya; and his sisters, Gineen Wiley (Dennis) and Janet Hendricks (Michael). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kelley & Spalding Funeral Home (1787 Deerfield Rd, Highland Park, IL 60035). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kelley and Spalding Funeral Home in Highland Park (1787 Deerfield Rd, Highland Park, IL 60035).
