He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Thomas Milazzo and Stephanie Milazzo (Martorana); his in-laws, Leonard Klein and Leona Klein (Enzweiler); his siblings, Frances Lee Milazzo, Victor Milazzo and Rosemary Malito (Milazzo); his siblings-in-law, Dominic Malito, Celeste Phillips (Klein) and Tom Phillips; and his niece Vicki Gertner.
He is survived by: his wife Valerie Milazzo (Klein); his sister Bernadette; his siblings-in-law, Paul Westberg, Colleen, Jeff McGrain and Hanni Milazzo; his children, Teri Cyborski (Jim), Tim Milazzo (Patty), Ted Milazzo (Chrissy), Tiffany Urban (Jeff), Tina Burdick (Joe) and Toni Lynn McKeigue (Shawn); his grandchildren, Jacqui Karas (Justin), Jimmy Cyborski, Timmy Milazzo, Meghan Milazzo, Braeden Milazzo, Shannon Fremgen (Ryan), Theresa Anderson (Mike), Julia Nunes (Doug), Teddy Milazzo, Joe Urban, Brittany Villar (Christian), Nicole Izquierdo (Cris), Maren Hufnagl (Deven Rodgers), Joseph Burdick, Anthony Burdick and Joseph McKeigue; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon Karas, Jaycee Karas, Connor Anderson, Max Fremgen and Sofia Izquierdo.
