He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Michele Martiniak and Michael Martiniak (Maggie); his siblings, Dick (Lisa), Michael Jr. (Samantha), Colton, Tyler, Levi, Cameron, Christian, Carter and Cole; and his daughter Layla.
