She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy Wilcoxon Shaw; her sister Jeanette Polley; her brother-in-law Russell Polley; her grandson Michael Zeman; and her nephew Michael Feazell.

She is survived by: her children, Jeff Sammons (Elizabeth), Rhonda Zeman (Joe), Mindy Sammons, Greg Sammons and Barry Sammons; her grandchildren, Jim Sammons (Gillie), Sarah Senica (Nathan), Ali Fisher (Jordan), Brandon Sammons, Alexa Sammons (Bailey McQueen) and Sophia Kiselova; her great grandchildren, Lia Tonnies (Shane), Brody Toth, Autumn, Connor Blair, Charlotte, Sam Fisher, Lila, Daniel and Drew Senica; and her sister Glenda Mack.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hennpin United Methodist Church. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
