He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, James Hallen and Marilyn Hallen (Schmidt); his wife Gretchen Schlotthauer; his children, Jennifer Damm (David) of Henry and Kevin (Tonya McDowell) of Putnam; his grandchildren, Randy, Brandon, Nicholas, Tyler, Nathan and Gabriella; his sister Kim Feltman; his aunt Rita Buritz of Princeton; and his sister Kathy Grieder (Eugene).
