He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Fountain and Beverly Kemp. He is survived by: his siblings, Terra Brozak (Mike), Gary Fountain (Doris), Jamie Williams (Michelle) and Bill Fountain (Holly Koch); his brother-in-law Tracey Prather (Alicia); and his parents-in-law, Mary Lou and Larry Lishman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
