He was predeceased by: his parents, William Riley and Evelyn Rella Vickers (Foster); and his significant other Brenda Carter. He is survived by: his son Shannon Vickers (Kelly) of Erie, Illinois; his brother William "Bill" Vickers (Devina) of East Moline; his grandchildren, Katelynn Vickers, Hunter Jones and Gavin Jones; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Lawler and Madison Lawler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
