He is survived by: his wife Linda Banks of Herod, Illinois; his sons, David Bradley Banks (Loni Jo) of Herod, Illinois and Brian Keith Banks (Michelle "Shelly") of Herod, Illinois; his grandchildren, Calen Bradley Banks, Raegan Kaegi Banks, Bryden Kale Banks and Bryce Kamden Banks; his brother Richard Banks of Phoenix; and his nieces, Lori Bradley and Kristin Wilson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Good Hope Cemetery and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
