She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bailey and Hazel Bailey (Yates); her siblings, Bill Phillips, Raymond Bailey and Wanda Jackson; her siblings-in-law, Verla Bailey and Steve Hutchens; her son-in-law Jim Fosse; her nephew Bobby Jackson; and her brother-in-law Robert Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Carl Crawford (Tammy) of High Springs and Cissie Fosse of Marion; and her siblings, Charles Bailey of Herrin, Jim Bailey (Gayla) of Tunnell Hill and Debbie Hutchens of Herrin. She is also survived by five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
