She was predeceased by : her parents, Denzil Edwards and Mary Geneva Edwards (Cox); and her brother Jimmy Lynn Edwards. She is survived by : her daughter Davilyn Kay; her son-in-law James Michael Showalter of Herrin, IL; her sister-in-law Norma Jean Edwards; her niece Tammy McArthur (John); her nephew Sean McArthur (Grace); her great-nephew Rhett McArthur; and her friend Marie Earhart.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made directly to the family.
