He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles E. Sr. Watts and Mary Lou Watts (Brown); and his sister Teri Hurst. He is survived by : his close friend Sharon Finney; his daughter Robin Wheaton (Jeff) of Petersburg; his grandchildren, Kobe Wheaton and Tucker Anne Wheaton; his sister Trudy Peyton; and also Donna Hichens (Frank). He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
