With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Curtis Pinion of Herrin, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 9, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Pinion and Bessie Mae Pinion (Burnham); and his siblings, James Pinion, Joe Pinion, Paul Pinion, Tama Baker and Pearl Stanley.
He is survived by: his sons, David (Shelley Pinion), Kevin (Lori Pinion) and Todd (Jen Pinion); his grandchildren, Amanda Brayfield (Tim), Tiffany Lee (Andrew), Joshua Pinion, Jeremy Pinion (Katie), April Halley (Jarrett), Alexandria Pinion and Eli Pinion; his great grandchildren, Adrian Pinion, Taylor Pinion, Anaston Lee, McKenna Lee, Will Brayfield, Vincent Brayfield, Vincent Pinion, Nora Halley, Mylah Halley and Evelyn Pinion; and his sister Rachel Sharp of Pheonix, AZ. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
