Clutts-Lavender (Jim) of Energy, IL, Brent Clutts of Carterville, Traci Hays of Goreville, IL and Shelly Clutts of Pensacola, FL; her grandchildren, Collin Branson, Rheagan Clutts, Eli Klus, Ahnalynn Hays, Marli Klus, Renleigh Laney and Leo Williams; her great grandchildren, Ryker, Rylin, Rowen and Ruthie; her stepdaughters, Melissa Tope of Herrin and Emily Shirley of Herrin, IL; and her siblings, Darrell Chamness, Kathy Baskin, Debbie Chamness and Gale Fligg. She is also survived by husband, her children, her grandchildren.
