She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Quillen and Sarah Quillen (Wright); her husband Kenneth Charles Bolen; and her grandson Cory Ray Collins. She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Ann; her son-in-law Keith Holyfield of Alabama; her sons, Neal Dwight (Noreen Collins), Tim and Jamie Collins of Farmersville, IL; her stepdaughters, Cathy (Ron Traug) and Beth Bolen of New Jersey; and her friends, Tom Rotter, Paula Arnold, Paul and Mary Winchester.
