She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Grayson and Minnie E. Grayson (Baze); her husband Rev. James W. Vannoy; her grandson Nathan Vannoy; and her siblings, Joan Pafaff, Fern Riggins, Helen Lawrence and Edgar W. Grayson.
She is survived by: her sons, Rev. James "Danny" Vannoy of Evansville, IN, Rev. Rodney (Elizabeth Vannoy), Tim Vannoy of Snowflake, AZ and Paul (Debbie Vannoy). She is also survived by 27 grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Meredith-Waddell Funeral Home (2704 S Park Ave, Herrin, IL 62948). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to the Purpose House Church, 124 Lou Ann Drive, Herrin, IL 62948; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
