She was predeceased by : her parents, Alford Elvis and Patsey Lucinda Owen (Wiley); and her siblings, Glendell, Wendell, Tommy, George Owen, Velma Sittig, Frances Fletcher, Patsy Owen and Laverna Cunningham.
She is survived by : her children, Tom Hatley (Pam) of Herrin, Janice Hatley of Casselberry, FL and Lindell Hatley (Sarah) of Herrin; her grandchildren, Tiffany Dobraski (Blake), Mary Hatley (Matt Lang), Jordan Hatley and Luke Hatley; her great grandchildren, Bennett Dobraski, Myles Dobraski and Maddox Lang; her siblings, John Owen, David, Ruby Owen, Margaret Smith and Shirley Mayberry; and her sister-in-law Helen Owen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Judy's memory to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 4400 Clayton Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63110.
