She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas L. Baker and Lilian L. Baker (Oliver); her son John Thomas "J. T." Worthen; and her grandson Ben Gunter. She is survived by: her daughter Becky Leeper (Shawn Mize) of West Frankfort; her grandchildren, Dylan Worthen, Lacey Gunter (Michael), Shelby Leeper, Zach Worthen and Mason Mize; and her great grandchildren, Eric Gunter and Lane Worthen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice of Southern Illinois, a cause close to her heart.
