She was predeceased by: her parents, James Raymond and Delores A. Plemel (Ledding); her brother Mike Plemel; her grandson Zylin Reese; and her sister-in-law April Needham.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Daniel Reese of Herrin; her children, Amanda Bird (Justin) of Energy and Conor Neil (Stacey) of Marion; her father-in-law Terry Reese of Du Quoin; her stepchildren, Daniel Reese of Morristown, Cheryl Reese of Morristown and Terri Cobb (Aldon) of Morristown, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Kayla Reese, Bryson Reese, Sadie Cobb, Zylah Cobb, Olivia Neil and Nikko Neil; her great grandchild Zavier Reese; her siblings, Kathy Williams (Tim) of Eagle Rock, Beth Bourque (Tom) of Minneapolis, Ellen Jacobson of Las Vegas, Nevada, Matt, Steve and Tony Plemel of Minneapolis, Minnesota; and her siblings-in-law, Terry Reese (Karen) of Murphysboro and Kimberly Buser (Brandon) of Vergennes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ the King Lutheran Church (67 Crane Rd, De Soto, IL 62924). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
