She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Carter and Nina Carter (Bigham); her spouse Lynn Denton; her son Brian Denton; her granddaughter Jessica Lynn Moose; and her brother Jim Carter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nina Heil (Steve) of Louisville, KY, Christy Moose (Jim) of Mascoutah, IL and Cara Calloni (Steve) of Royalton, IL; her grandchildren, John Moose, Katie Moose, Ashley Moose, Blaine Calloni, Addisyn Calloni, Wyatt Denton and Taylor Denton; and her pet Bobby Boy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Christian Church (105 N Maple St, Christopher, IL 62822). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
