Patsy Jo Hughes Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy Jo Hughes of Herrin, Illinois, who passed away on May 8, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Frailey and Josephine Frailey (Martin); her husband Dean Hughes; and her daughter Jenifer Jo Rowe (Hughes). She is survived by: her son Tony Dean Hughes (DeAnn) of Shiloh, IL; her grandchildren, Christopher Hughes (Jenna) of Smithton, IL, Paige Mund (Lucas) of Waterloo, IL and Rachel Rowe of Chicago, IL; her great grandchildren, Olivia and Mason Hughes of Smithton, IL; her son-in-law Michael Rowe of Glenview, IL; and her brother Max Frailey (Phyllis) of San Antonio, TX. She is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
